Booking Conditions

For Yoga, Reiki, Pampering retreat holiday packages:
A deposit is required to secure your place.
The remaining balance needs to be paid 21 days prior to your arrival with us.
The exact date will be confirmed with you once you have paid your deposit.

Transformation Retreats:
We offer a 4-instalment payment system to help you spread the cost of your transformation retreat. Please ask for details.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing from the lead name on the booking.

If you cancel your booking within 7 days of paying your deposit, you will receive a 100% refund of your £100 retreat deposit.

After 7 days the amount of the cancellation fee is calculated according to the date on which we receive written notice of your wish to cancel.

a) More than 22 days before trip start date – loss of deposit
b) 21-15 days before trip start date – 90%
c) Less than 14 days before trip start date – 100%

Travel insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
